These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jinrai Web Application Firewall service ("Service") operated by Jinrai ("we", "us", or "our"), HOLLYWIS LLC (合同会社はりうす), a company based in Japan. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service is offered under the following plans:
Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without incurring charges.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are stated in US Dollars and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. If you exceed the limits of your plan, we may restrict certain features until you upgrade.

The Service, including the Agent software, detection rules, dashboard, APIs, and all related documentation, is the intellectual property of Jinrai and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You retain all rights to your own data. We claim no ownership over your server configurations, application code, or business data.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
The Agent is designed to continue protecting your server using cached rules during periods when the central server is unreachable.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. For material changes that negatively affect your use, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or dashboard notification.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL DETECT OR BLOCK ALL SECURITY THREATS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JINRAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR SECURITY BREACHES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your Account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us. Upon termination:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
